There are times when it may be difficult to determine if a child is well enough to go to school. Children have different tolerance levels when not feeling well. Some are able to manage well during the school day when not feeling 100 percent, while others just don’t have the tolerance. As parents, you know your child’s limits. Please don’t send your child to school if they aren’t feeling well. It affects their learning as well as exposes other students and staff to their illnesses.
If your child gets sick or injured while at school, my decision to notify you and send them home is guided by CCSD policy.
